The Vault is our archive of once-sold-out, high-demand press-on sets. These aren’t just “old designs”—they’re the ones that sold fast, turned heads, and left a legacy.

Unlike other brands, we don’t automatically restock. At ShadedbyShanell, restocks are earned, not expected. The Vault exists to collect your feedback, study what you love, and highlight styles that might deserve a return—if demand says so.

🎯 Why The Vault Exists:

    Every SBS set is limited. If it’s in The Vault, it had its moment. Requests help us decide if it’s time for another one.

  2. We hear you—but we move with purpose.

    Your requests shape the future—whether that’s a restock or a remix in a new collection.

  3. No pressure. Just real feedback.

    If enough of you want it, we’ll consider it. If not? It stays retired.

 

📥 How To Request a Return:

  1. Browse The Vault collection

  2. Tap “Notify Me When Available” under the set you love

  3. Enter your email to officially request a comeback

  4. If it returns, you’ll get first dibs via email

🔒 What You Should Know:

  • Not every set returns. Some designs can’t be recreated due to discontinued materials.

  • Restocks are based on demand—not routine.

  • Returns from The Vault are limited. If we bring it back, it won’t be available long.

  • You’ll only hear from us if it’s relevant. No spam—just first-look access when the time is right.

 

🚚 Shipping & Rush Order Info:

If your requested item is restocked:

  • Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to ship. These are made-to-order sets and require time to create with care.

  • If you need rush processing, email us at info@shadedbyshanell.com before placing your order.

    → Use “Rush Order” in the subject line.

    → We’ll respond within a few hours—up to 24 hours during peak times.

Important:

  • Please don't request rush processing on items that haven’t been restocked.
