All of our products are ready to ship, unless otherwise stated in the product title and listing.

Bespoke products are made to order, exclusively for you. Most, if not, all of our bespoke products are limited edition and most likely will not be restocked.

Pre-order products are products that are in the process of being made but not yet completed. Due to limited availability of our products, we release our most popular or requested products for pre-order. (We also take many other factors into consideration such as any future holidays, seasons, etc., that the product is being released.)

Some pre-order products will have a special pre-order price for a limited time. This information will be available in the product listing.

Bespoke products can take up to 3 weeks to ship, while pre-order products will vary. We provide estimated shipping dates in the product title & listings. Please keep in mind that the dates are estimated and not a guaranteed ship|delivery date. Due to planning pre-order releases, we typically get all pre-orders shipped before the estimated shipping date; however, some pre-orders could ship after said date.

Any items purchased with bespoke|pre-order products will be shipped together. If you would like to receive your products that are not bespoke or pre-order sooner than 3 weeks|the estimated shipping date, please place a separate order.

Please keep in mind that all sales are final. We will not issue refunds for any bespoke|pre-order products under any circumstance.

To apply your press-ons, we suggest:

1. Make sure your hands|nails are completely dry and clean.

2. Gently push back your cuticles with the wooden stick

3. File your natural nails, then buff your nail bed to remove shine

4. Clean your nails with the alcohol prep pad

5. Apply 1 coat of primer to your natural nail & allow to dry. (This step is optional, yet beneficial as primer ensures there are no oils, etc on your nails - helping them to last longer.)

6. Apply 1 coat of nail glue to your natural nail & another coat to the back of your press-on. Apply the press-on to your natural nail and hold it for about 15 seconds

If you are using adhesive tabs, please follow steps 1-3 then peel the adhesive tab from the plastic sheet and place on your natural nail, then apply your press-on.

To remove your press-ons, we suggest:

1. Fill up a bowl with lukewarm or hot water, hand soap & olive oil. (You can also use Cuticle, Argan, or Grapeseed oil.)

2. TIP TO EXPEDITE THE PROCESS:

Rub olive, or any oil of your choice, over your cuticles before starting the soaking process.

3. Soak your nails for about 15 to 20 mins - timing will vary

4. Use cuticle pusher to loosen the nail.

5. Gently remove your press-ons as they start loosen

We’re excited to offer exclusive 1:1 virtual sessions to walk you through prepping, applying, and caring for your ShadedbyShanell press-ons. These sessions are hands-on, supportive, and designed to leave you confident and equipped!

Before booking, please review the full policy below:

📌 Booking Details

•Sessions must be booked during the checkout process when purchasing your 1:1 application.

•All sessions are final sale and non-refundable.

•This is a hands-on session—you’ll be expected to apply your press-ons during the session. Please come prepared with clean nails, your SBS Nail Kit, and your chosen SBS press-on set.

•Sessions are designed around the use of ShadedbyShanell products only. Using third-party tools or nails during the session may impact your results and cannot be supported.

⏰ Session Format + Timing

Each session runs for 30 minutes, and includes:

•15–20 minutes of live, step-by-step nail prep and press-on application

•10–15 minutes of personalized Q&A based on your needs

🕒 Late Arrival Policy

We strongly recommend logging in 3–5 minutes early to avoid any tech issues.

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

We do not issue refunds or credits for late arrivals that result in shortened or missed sessions.

📅 Rescheduling + Cancellation Policy

•You may reschedule your session one time, with at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment.

•If you choose to cancel your session 24 hours or more in advance, you will receive a ShadedbyShanell store credit or gift card equal to the value of your session. This credit can be used to rebook or shop SBS products.

•No refunds will be issued— ShadedyShanell store credit or gift card only. No exceptions.

•Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your session and are not eligible for credit, refund, or rescheduling.

•If you choose not to reschedule and want to book again in the future, you must purchase a new session at full (or discounted - adding a SBS nail set to your order) price.

•The first no-shows will result in a loss of booking privileges for future sessions.

💻 Tech + Prep Requirements

•Sessions are hosted on Zoom or Google Meet. A meeting link will be sent via email after booking.

•Please be in a quiet, well-lit space with your camera on and materials ready.

You’ll need:

• Your ShadedbyShanell Press-On Nail Set

• Your SBS Nail Kit (glue, cuticle pusher, buffer, etc.)

• Alcohol wipes or polish remover

• A clean towel and clean, dry hands

👥 Age Requirement

Clients must be 18 years or older to book a session.

If under 18, a parent or legal guardian must book the session and be present during the call. Minimum age is 16.

👤 One-on-One Reminder

Your booking covers one participant only. Please do not invite others to join the session unless previously approved.

💬 Respectful Space Policy

This is a safe, supportive space where you can show up as yourself, ask questions, and learn at your own pace.

We ask that all clients remain respectful and professional throughout the session.

ShadedbyShanell reserves the right to end any session immediately due to disrespectful or inappropriate behavior. We may also cancel or deny future bookings at our discretion in order to protect the integrity of our community and team.

While we provide expert guidance, results may vary depending on your natural nail condition, daily habits, and post-application care.

Longevity is not guaranteed, and we cannot guarantee results if non-SBS products are used.

🎥 Recording + Feature Opportunity

Sessions may be recorded for customer support, training, or internal quality purposes.
